Why Clients Choose Plan. Invest. Prosper
We are not just buyers’ agents. We are the strategic property partner for doctors, professionals, executives and expatriates. At PIP, our team of property experts are committed to helping professionals like you make informed investment decisions. With over 15 years of industry leadership, we combine advanced research, proprietary algorithms, and firsthand market experience to offer unparalleled insights and results.
All clients are helped directly by Director, Bill Nikolouzakis, and for this reason we only work with five clients at any one time (less if they buy multiple properties). Bill has an extensive track record, having led ASX listed national property research firms, partnered with some of Australia’s largest financial institutions and provided advise to the Federal Governments Economics Committee.
We are passionate about empowering you to make decisions that foster long-term financial security and growth.

“Having recently worked in senior corporate roles, and previously assisted countless medical professionals and executives buy property, I was shocked by how many high-income earners were leaving so much value on the table when purchasing investments.
Despite earning significant incomes, many hadn’t taken steps to maximise their wealth. Some weren’t doing anything at all, while others were purchasing sub-par assets without much thought or strategy.
What surprised me the most was the disconnect between the skills they used daily in their professional lives, analyzing data, making informed decisions, and assessing risks, and their approach to personal investments. These were highly intelligent people who thrived on logic and evidence in their careers but were either overwhelmed or misinformed when it came to property investment.
I started Plan. Invest. Prosper. (PIP) to bridge that gap. I wanted to provide professionals with a research-backed, data-driven framework for property investment, one that aligns with the critical thinking and analytical skills they already possess. My goal is to empower people to make smart, future-ready decisions that help them maximise value and truly prosper”
